Agisting or Lease Options
Agist/Board
$25/month per animal
We will make animals available for Agisting at our ranch for the "experience" of owning. Visit as often as you like to assist with chores for your animal(s).
Lease to Own Agreement/Contract to Purchase
$ (price negotiated by the value of the animal)
Pay over time while agisting until paid in full.
"Landscaping Package" (Need your own lawnmowers and manure makers?)
$75/month (Refundable security deposit required to insure animals' welfare is being protected)
Three alpacas for a six month lease contract required. Lease 3 alpacas to stay at your property to eat your grass or hay, and in return, you'll get all the manure you need, fresh daily. We reserve the right to inspect your accomodations for your new "landscapers" and to check in on them from time to time to monitor their health and well being. We can also assist with getting their new home ready for them. Limited to the Lewiston and Weaverville area.
